How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we are shipping to USA. World wide shipping will be available soon.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 60 days not including 3-5 business day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused in its original packaging, with its tags and labels on.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of VFrenzy (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of VFrenzy
*You can submit refund request within 30 days after the delivery. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-30 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Very nice product! Soft to the touch and squatproof (no see throught) :) really nice colour too - accurate to the photo. It is size-accurate too, I ordered M and it fits perfectly. Material is nice and stretchy, belt is high and tight but not too tight. I recommend this store and definitely will buy again. Deliver was about 40 days.
I've bought this in 4 colours: mulberry, tidewater teal, garnet and red bean powder. I love the stretch and feel of these leggings but I can't help but notice that the mulberry and tidewater teal leggings seem to be made from a different fabric? They feel slightly thicker and warmer? Whereas the garnet and red bean powder leggings feel slightly thinner and have a bit more sheen to it? I've checked the labels and they state the same fabric composition for all of them but it just doesn't feel the same to the touch. Anyways, tidewater teal is such a beautiful colour. It's squat proof and fits perfectly. I would highly recommend sizing up one size (I'm usually an S/UK 8 but got an M instead).
Really nice leggings, but shinbene legging material is softer than vnazvnasi leggings, but for this price these ara good. Took size M glad I did because these fit like size S, waistband don’t slide down.

These are the perfect naked feel leggings! high waisted, super stretchy, compressive in the waist and pretty much full length on me (5'7") I'm in between size XS and small and ordered size small and they fit perfectly. Will definitely be ordering more colors. took a month to arrive in the USA.
Beautiful, best leggings ever. Love the material & the colour. The waist band is so comfortable as it stays up & doesn't dig in, but it still hugs the waist & is so flattering. The pocket in the back is so amazing! I have a huge phone and it can hardly ever fit in any pockets, but it fits so nicely & securely in there, and I can fit other things in too. The colour is just as described, and I can't wait to order the garnet colour too. My measurements are 163cm tall, waist 70cm & hips 100cm, I am 66kg. The fitting of m is perfect, even though it looks tiny when you take it out of the package. Shipped insanely quickly, took a total of 11 days to reach the netherlands.

Cool! Advice to take a bigger size because Dress tight. I do have waist 61cm and hips 95cm and M robe perfectly. Are high 164cm and the length is just right

Super soft and high waisted. Low compression in the legs, higher compression in the waistband but still comfy. No sliding down during high intensity movements.
The stitching is so nice on these! Full length on me @ 5’5”. the garnet color is not as dark as the picture though, which was kind of disappointing.

beautiful colour! waist is very high. Do size up as the high waist runs small. I am 165cm and usually wear Lulu size 4 or S tights. Have to wear M for this store.
